This role is part of Uber's Finance Operations team that manages Accounts Receivable supporting Uber Freight and assisting Uber for Business and other B2B lines of business to ensure Uber Credit, Collection, and Billing processes operate as efficiently
What You'll Do
Conducts researches, studies, and data analysis to conceptualize proposals for improving the quality of performance of analysts
Conduct daily audits on processes and provide detailed feedback
Collaborate with leadership to drive improvement ideas generated through auditing
Address the issues reported and drive them to resolution by mentoring Associates, engaging the Training team, and working with leadership
Monitor and report Quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes
Special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in Quality Control OR Quality Assurance supporting operations, accounting, or Finance
Experience in working in an ERP, preferably Oracle or SAP, with a track record of making efficiency-saving process improvements.
Strong customer service experience and ability to balance achieving internal targets while providing a positive customer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience gained from a logistics or high-tech environment is a plus.
Experience in leading / participating in financial audits is preferable.
Experience in implementing process improvement techniques.
