Minimum Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate with diploma/certificate and with 1-year of solid work experience related to Customer Service or College Grad no experience needed
Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Can START ASAP
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer calls
Handle customer inquiries
Provide customers with product and service information
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
