Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :Establish and manage government channel accounts to support public health programs and strategic partnerships.Engage regularly with key government stakeholders to ensure program understanding, alignment, and buy-in.Lead implementation, monitoring, and expansion of public health initiatives with a focus on expanding the reach and sustainability.Apply strong knowledge of dental practice and government procurement policies while upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.Responsibilities :Cultivate and manage government partnershipsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key government agencies to support public health program implementation. This includes initiating account development, securing alignment, and ensuring sustained engagement through regular meetings and presentations.Lead program rollout and operational executionOversee the day-to-day implementation of public health initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with government protocols. You'll be the operational lead translating strategy into action.Ensure compliance with dental practice standards and procurement policiesApply deep knowledge of dental profession practices and government procurement regulations to guide program design, product selection, and service contracting. Your expertise ensures both clinical relevance and regulatory integrity.Drive strategic expansion and sustainabilityIdentify opportunities to scale programs, replicate successful models, and institutionalize partnerships for long-term impact. You'll be expected to propose new initiatives based on field insights and stakeholder feedback.Uphold integrity and ethical governanceServe as a trusted representative in all government-facing engagements, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with ethical standards. Your conduct will directly influence institutional trust and program credibility.Required Qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Dentistry, or Allied medical related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in public health programming, government relations, or strategic partnerships.Expertise in dental practice standards and government procurement policies, including bidding and compliance.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to tailor messaging across audiences.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical governance and program accountability.Preferred QualificationAdvanced training or certification in health policy, procurement management, or dental public health.Experience scaling public health programs across multiple regions or institutional settings.Familiarity with WHO frameworks, national oral health strategies, or multi-sectoral health initiatives.Demonstrated success in navigating complex government systems, including PhilGEPS or equivalent platforms.Strong analytical skills with experience in impact evaluation, policy analysis, or health systems strengthening.#LI-HR1#colgateemployee, #teamcolgate, #wearecolgate, #buildafuture, #CPValuesOur Commitment to Inclusion
