Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
1. Conducts on-site installation and repair of equipment and follows established testing procedures to ensure proper working order;
2. Completes retro-fits at customer site;
3. Responds to customer requests for technical service;
4. Provides technical assistance to Sales Department;
5. Provides troubleshooting and/or repair suggestions to customers;
6. Monitors product reliability and submits data for analysis;
7. Domestic and international travel as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
Experience: Three years as an electro-mechanical technician and one to three years customer service experience
Skills/Technical Requirements: Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and detailed blueprints; use common tools and mechanical fixtures. Possess advanced electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Ability to use diagnostic terminal at an advanced level. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel; excellent oral and written communication skills

Practice the 5S and waste segregation program, and to support the activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.
