QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Computer Science/IT, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising/media.
At least 1 year-work experience
Has working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be professional and can work well with others.
Driven and aggressive.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in Sales and ability to deliver monthly targets and excellent customer sales experience.
Able to understand consumer behavior and industry trend.
Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate accurately.
Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
Able to drive.
Willing to be assigned in Guizo Mandaue City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers.
Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
Provide customers with information about items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering development, management and sales solutions.
Address customers issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customers satisfaction.
Work with business teams to identify new customers to retain existing customers.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
Keep track of inventory.
