Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Must have at least 6 months experience in call center or customer service
- Proficiency in Oral Communication
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Life insurance experience is an advantage
Duties & Tasks:
I. Policy Servicing for Variable Life Insurance
Daily:
1. Conducts Welcome Call to new clients and get their Policy Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR).
a) Generates list of policies for Welcome Call (WC): Banca & WFMA.
b) Invites the Policy Owner (PO) for WC by email and sms.
c) Sets the schedule if the client confirms.
d) Conducts the recorded WC based on the Script.
e) Updates the WC list.
f) Updates the PAR on ILS.
2. Does other outbound calls that may be assigned: Premium Reminder to Clients.
3. Coordinates with IT and sends sms for announcement or reminder blasting.
4. Assists the other PCSD staff for Variable Life Insurance transactions processing.
Weekly/Monthly:
I. Prepares the Weekly/Monthly WC Reports and Updates: Banca & WFMA
II. Policy Records Maintenance
1. Properly maintains policy documents for imaging and filing.
a) Assists in scanning documents and file.
b) Properly name and save the documents soft copy in the shared folder of scanned
documents.
c) Assists in preparing inactive documents for offsite, prepares the list: policy number, name, status, date.
d) Properly label the inactive documents boxes.
III. Handles additional tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
1. Performs special projects and other related jobs as may be required from time to time by management
2. Attends various training and seminars related to job, as required.
Salary: Php13,000 to Php14,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Contract: Continuous
