Pod Manager - Sales Operations & Salesforce Expert (On-Site Cyber Sigma, Taguig)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pod Manager to oversee and manage a team of offshore professionals supporting sales and operational workflows.
 
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce and sales operations best practices, with a proven track record of improving efficiency, building scalable processes, and driving performance across GTM teams.
 
This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will manage a team while also owning core operational initiatives. We expect this person to be able to roll up their sleeves and do the job while also managing the team.
 
 
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions.
Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce (administration, reporting, automation, workflows).
Prior team management experience, ideally in an offshore or distributed setting.
Proven ability to streamline operations and build scalable processes.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with supporting tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari) a plus.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Manage, coach, and develop a pod of offshore team members focused on sales and operational tasks.
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce processes, dashboards, and workflows.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Create automation and scalable solutions to support revenue teams.
Sales Operations Execution
Own pipeline reporting, forecasting, and territory/account assignments.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to sales leadership.
Support deal desk processes, contract review workflows, and approvals.
Operational Excellence
Design and implement efficient processes across pods.
Ensure team adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve for efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to align on GTM operations and deliverables.
