JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides support in payroll reports, implementation & updates for a payroll service provider through a US payroll software
- Maintains updates times keeping records and other necessary payroll information through data collation, data calculation, wages, taxes and adjustments based on the US payroll system
- Compiles earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages summary for reporting purposes.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies based on collected data/information
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting/finance graduate or equivalent experience in US payroll is required
- Experience in any US payroll software and word processing tools
- Has a good understanding of US taxation law
- Proficient in MS excel and keen eye on details
- Able to keep confidential information
- Willing to work Glorietta 2, Makati, on shifting schedule and able to start ASAP
BENEFITS:
