Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring that time records are correct and the employees are paid correctly and on time for the hours they work, and for keeping an accurate record of payment expenditures.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be knowledgeable on End to End Payroll process
Should be Analytical and good at Math
Time and Attendance Processing (includes validation, prepare report for sending to payroll processor)
Prepare instructions for payroll processing
Payroll and Final Pay Processing
Must be familiar with 1601 C Validation
Performs other payroll tasks assigned by superior
Advance knowledge in excel (pivot/vlookup/can do formulas)
