What will you do?
As a Payroll, Benefits and HR Information Systems Manager, you will conduct the ff:
End-to-end Payroll process for
L'Oréal
Philippines which includes but not limited to:
Data maintenance of employee and payroll data in SAPHIR
Ensuring the data are sent to payroll vendor system via secured interface
Perform completion and verification processes, determine payment schedules while taking responsibility for compliance
Monitor the quality of the process, in particular the exactness of pay information and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
Handle relationships with payroll provider in order to ensure adherence to rules in force within the Group.
Liaise with payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll run
Align internal practices with local labor laws.
Respond to mandatory inquiries, and to internal and external checks and audits.
Draft and update the procedures and checks associated with matters of administrative management and pay.
Partner with payroll vendor for projects involving payroll
Consolidate accounting data and liaise with finance department.
Advise human resources managers on matters relating to pay and administration.
HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Maintain employee Personnel and Personal data in SAPHiR and update accordingly
Ensure that Payroll Interface is intact and is working as expected
Ensure regular user access review is performed (twice a year)
Leverage on existing HR Tools (CAROL) to generate reports and organizational charts which are relevant tools to drive business decisions
Liaise with support teams to ensure access of the employees to different systems such as Profile, eLeave, etc.
Work with Zone Coordinator and HR Support for changes involving SAPHiR, eLeave, Profile, etc.
Provide support to employees on various LPI applications such as eLeave, Profile, etc.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders in projects (e.g. Distribution Lists clean-up) as may be assigned
Ensure the reliability of information contained in databases linked to pay
Prepares and updates Trend and Budget Org Charts
Prepares reports for internal stakeholders (e.g. Headcount Report, Recruitment, Departure, etc.)
Benefits Administration
Data maintenance of employee and payroll data in SAPHIR
Handles the end-to-end process of the L'Oréal Reflex Program
Handles administration of government-mandated benefits (HDMF,SSS,PhilHealth) - Handles the Income Tax Return filing process - Liaise with the Retirement Administration vendors for the management of the employees\' Defined Contribution benefits - Handles the filing of 201 documents
Non-Statutory Office-Based Agency Management
Monitors headcount to ensure it stays within budget
Prepares purchase orders for payment of wages of non-stat office-based employees
Liaise with the agencies/labor lawyer for issues concerning non-stat office-based employees
Who are we looking for?
A graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent;
Displays sensitivity to L'Oréal's "Metier"
Has at least 5 years work experience in Human Resources
Good Project Management Skills and Effective Communication Skills
Ability to handle fast pace and operate independently with ambiguity
Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
