Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 1 year experience of related work
Strong skills in payroll processing
Proficient in excel spreadsheet
Tasks and duties:
Planning pay period schedules.
Managing the payroll process and systems.
Collecting and collating timesheets.
Calculating salaries and applying appropriate deductions.
Preparing and reporting salary statements when needed.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Addressing salary concerns.
