HR Statutory Compensation and Benefits
Requires the ability to perform the following duties:
Handle Statutory Compensation and Benefit the main task.
Responsible for acknowledging, and addressing concerns and questions of all employees pertaining to government contributions, benefits, loans via email, and other platforms authorized by the company.
Strong working knowledge in processing Government Statutory Benefits: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, and TIN
Experience in processing and posting monthly contributions of Mandatory contributions such as Social Security System Contributions, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth.
Experience in processing loans in SSS, PAGIBIG
Must have experience in liaising with different government agencies
Regulatory compliance and reporting
Employee orientation, development regarding government mandatory benefits
Policy development and documentation
Employee relationship management
Committee facilitation
Company-employee communication
Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
Qualification:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months of work experience as a Statutory COMPENBEN
· Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations is a plus
· Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and oral, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team
· Willing to travel around Metro Manila and Southern Luzon areas. (Cavite Naic, Calamba Laguna Areas)and Bulacan
· Must be open to doing fieldwork as needed
· Can start immediately
· know how to drive and with Drivers License is a plus
