ABOUT THE ROLE: HR ASSOCIATE- PAYROLL/COMPENSATION BENEFITS
It covers general Human Resource support and personnel services.
You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services, payroll, benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company personnel are well-informed of human resource policies and programs.  
You will oversee the human resource information system, or employee database, maintain and update employee records, complete all reporting requirements, and ensure that Company records and reporting comply with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.  
You will updates job descriptions and assists with salary administration (timekeeping & workforce check) processes.  Likewise, you will handle HR Timekeeping (biometrics) and Payroll system entry. 
Provides assistance to area personnel on training programs, benefits management, and other human resource concerns.

Job Summary:
 
Mainly responsible for the payroll processing, handles all government transactions (SSS, PHILHealth, HDMF, BIR), ensures compliance to all statutory reportorial requirements and provides administrative support to the HR Manager and Supervisor on all personnel matters.Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
A graduate of AB/ BS Psychology, BS HRDM or any business related courses
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Has 1-2 year work experience in HR Operations as HR Associate (preferabley payroll/compensation benefits)
Knowledgeable in human resource management and PH Labor Code
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Versatile and Keen attention to details
Lives near Carmen, Cebu.
