Job Requirements:
Accounts Payable/Receivable related experience
With 6 months call center experience
Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming payment inquiries and follow-up on payment
Document and process credit memos within all servicing systems
Work with internal and external service providers and third parties involved with the payments process.
Implement operational controls and reconcile, report, track and manage inputs and outputs associated with remittances.
Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information
Meet deadlines and strictly follow procedures and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
