 Part-Time Collections Specialist (Work from Home)
 
Qualifications:
Excellent English Proficiency
Minimum of 1 year of collections experience, preferably more
Automobile collections experience is a plus
Strong understanding of collections concepts and principles. 
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients while maintaining professionalism 
Familiarity with financial software and accounting software. 
Sufficient math skills for accurate calculations related to debits & credits. 
Ability to analyze accounts effectively for better decision-making in collections strategies. 
Customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage and collect outstanding debts from clients through effective communication and negotiation strategies. 
Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collections efforts. 
Utilize financial software to track payments, maintain accurate records, and perform account reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies during the collection process. 
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving disputes in a timely manner. 
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
