Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for researching, developing, executing, and measuring all lead generation and initial contact efforts to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. Cold calling is an integral channel in building the Slatt brand and building a healthy pipeline of prospective home sellers, and as such, the lead generation specialist will work with the business development team to build exhaustive lists and set appointments with prospective real estate sellers that drive results.
Responsibilities
Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop campaigns that drive interest in Investment Group services
Segment audiences based on key seller indicators and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads
Analyze and report results from all outbound efforts and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including script optimization, call cadence, nurture and follow up stages
Manage multiple regions simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.
Maintain knowledge of real estate investment best practices.
Utilize CRM to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
2-5+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective outbound campaigns
Highly accountable with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
Experience with CRM tools to build reports and manage pipeline
Strong understanding of cold-call marketing rules and guidelines
Exceptional written and communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment
B2C Experience
Experience with cold calling home owners
Benefits
30,000/month package + 10% Night Differential Pay + Commissions ($25 for each set appointment and $50 for each appointment that has been closed)
