Requirements:
At least 6 months - 1year experience in the BPO industry (Sales or Telco)
Amenable to work in night shift and in Mandaluyong
Knowledge in CRM
Amenable to work in Night Shift.
Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Handling outgoing calls
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Coordinate with different department if needed
