Analytical and Data-Driven Analyst that provides strategic business and operational partnership for our Local & Global CARE organization is what we are looking for to be part of the Vistaprint Manila Team.
Job Purpose:
The Operations Reports Analyst will be responsible for internal reporting as well as the analysis of reports through utilizing different statistical techniques. This position requires a person to handle multiple tasks, maintain detailed reporting, documentation, and manage appropriate processes. This position will coordinate reporting efforts with the account owners and help streamline reports and processes while adding efficiencies and insight.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Develop new reports and modifying existing reports, both proactively and in response to stakeholders' requests; or to improve operational efficiencies.
Developing and implementing specific reports, internal or center operations reporting, executive summary reporting as well as quarterly reviews.
Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing reports and data.
Interprets data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for stakeholders
Prepare business documents and presentations for stakeholders including narrative analyses of data and reports
Work directly with external and internal stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Work with Operations and Support teams by creating requirements for data acquisition and storage to support the upstream report development.
Essential Functions: * Provide daily/weekly/monthly operations performance metrics in a timely manner with data integrity.
Work with management to define reporting and data requirements and produce timely internal or customer deliverables
Create ad-hoc reports
Identify opportunities to improve processes and performances
Partner with team members to build and maintain scorecard to measure productivity and performance.
Experience & Qualification
Knowledge of:
Process improvement methodologies
Spreadsheets - Excel - writing macros, developing formulas, creating, and using functions with VBA.
MS Visio
Professional correspondence both oral and written
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills
Skills in:
MS SQL programming
MS Power BI scripting and design
MS Access programming
MS VB programming
Macro-programming in MS Excel
