Job Description
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Operation Excellence mandate for the assigned site.
Support development, review and improvement of SOPs, and work instruction to meet stakeholders, internal and external customer requirements, and performance measurement tools and KPIs.
Support Quality and SSHE leads to coordinate regular reporting and critical analysis of the performance measurement tools.
Support the Site's compliance to Quality and SSHE standards and legal/regulatory requirements.
Support operations research and conduct benchmarking on latest standards and best practices with the objective of Continuous Improvements leading to Efficiency, Cost Savings or Cost Avoidance. Collaborates with process owners in planning, implementing and sustaining of the established process.
Coordinates with Sr. Operations Engineer/ Lead Operations Engineer on process improvement plans.
Support the OE Lead in working with site/branch leadership for compliance of OE mandate for QSSHE.
Support in the preparation and submission of monthly management reports on the performance of the site/branch on QSSHE compliance, continuous process improvements and other incident reporting.
Support the promotion and awareness of customer requirements throughout the site/branch.
Support to organize the focus on improvement of productivity levels on site level.
Document, improve and revise departmental existing process.
Initiate process improvement and optimizing process efficiency.
Audits and maintains quality system in compliance to quality management system (ISO 19001-2015)
Assist with the development and training of new and existing employee.
Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing trouble shooting procedures.
Support in monitoring progress and completion of all NCCAR on QSSHE matters undertaken by the operations leadership.
Support the preparation and implementation of strategic plans, KPI, employee engagement plans, process improvement and QSSHE initiatives
Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on good practices, quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
Practice and observe good grooming and hygiene at all times.
Role model in bringing to life the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company.
Willing to be assigned in EISI Sta Rosa/Makati/BGC/Manila/Cebu Office.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

Job Qualification
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
1 - 2 years' experience in similar background. Work experience in retail or wholesale establishments specifically in warehouse and logistics operation, project management support or lead role is an advantage.
In addition, supply chain work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is considered an asset.
With six sigma certification is an advantage
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
