OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job Summary
 
The Operations Manager reports directly to the company's CEO. The main responsibility for this position is to provide leadership in the development and/or maintenance of procedures to ensure efficient company operations by creating a sustainable, positive, and fulfilling work environment that meets the company's goals set forth by the CEO.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to team leaders & members.
2. Develop systems for efficient company operations.
3. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions and procedures.
4. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
5. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing & summarizing relevant information.
6. Assist HR with recruitment when necessary.
7. Help promote a positive company culture with the company's Core Values guidance.
8. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
9. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
10. Relay unresolved front-liner concerns to the company's management team.
11. Reviews company/client contracts and service level agreements.
12. Maintains integrity and confidence within the entire company.
 
Job Qualifications
 
Education:
Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience, in Operations Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
Years of relevant work experience:
Solid experience in management, operations, and leadership.
Experience in sales and customer service.
Experience with building different sales strategies
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
