Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or any related course
With at least 2-3 years of work experience handling fast foods or restaurant operations.
Strong planning, organizing, problem analysis and decision making abilities
Good communication skills and exudes confidence in dealing various people, handles guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations
Ensuring in providing a quality customer service
Establishing sales targets or productivity goals and monitor expenses
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Manage comprehensive reporting to management
Strong stamina to stand during the work shift
