Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US (Optional WFH)
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
We're looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.

Responsibilities
Thorough research and understanding of each print technique in order to cross-sell and up-sell different offerings to clients based on their requirements
Answering print-related and logistical questions from all the teams, giving real-time feedback to other teams, and contributing to improving employee performance
Research new and unfamiliar print techniques and work in onboarding printers with those capabilities
Authoring PRDs and SOPs to disseminate process and capabilities-related information across all teams
Optimizing printer documentation by using various different Excel functions to organize data for all the teams
The unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value
Essential Requirements
2+ years of experience with Operations, Customer Service, or Vendor Support
Positive approach

Great Email writing skills
English fluency
Technical skills
Comfortable with MS Excel
