Job Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Assist customers with food delivery orders, tracking, delays, missing items, and restaurant concerns.
Process order updates, cancellations, refunds, and payment inquiries.
Coordinate with riders and partner restaurants to resolve delivery issues.
Provide real-time solutions for location, ETA, and delivery status concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in the system.
Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer support across calls or chat.
