Process order updates, cancellations, refunds, and payment inquiries.
Coordinate with riders and partner restaurants to resolve delivery issues.
Provide real-time solutions for location, ETA, and delivery status concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in the system.
Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer support across calls or chat.
