In this role, you have the opportunity:
To develop and optimize the sales of the Healthcare Informatics offering together with our Customers and Channel Partners. The Account Manager / Modality Specialist represents Philips towards our indirect customers for Healthcare Informatics, manages the channel partner, and supports the KAM to develop opportunities with our direct private customers. The Account Manager should have an in-depth understanding of the in-direct Channel go to market in the country and defines a Channel Strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Philips through developing and managing our channel partners and growing the direct key accounts in collaboration with the Philippines Key Account Managers. The Modality Specialist Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services. Drives overall business and product deal support by providing workflow and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts. The goal is to maximizing the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long-term business for Philips.
As Account Manager You are responsible for:
Forecasting and achieving budgeted sales volumes, price realization and profit margin with the specified modality and channel partners.
Preparing the annual business plan in line with the overall country strategy and implementing the channel partner strategy (incl Contracting, DDP, Targets, Review, Compliance, Organizational development plan)
Driving the of performance review (monthly, quarterly), target setting (contractual criteria), sales plan preparation and timely contract renewal with each Channel Partner (includes (bi)annual Partner evaluation)
Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain our objectives and where necessary involves other roles (i.e. Clinical Specialists, Modality specialists, Technical Consultant, Customer Service, Financing, Marcom).
Ensures continuity of the relationship with the channel partners and operates at the highest level in the partners' organizations.
Maintaining direct relationships with the indirect accounts and end-users to identify new opportunities and convert existing opportunities to closed contracts
Supports the KAM to develop direct EDI opportunities with our strategic accounts.
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
Funnel Management for respective indirect opportunities (complete, up to date (modality, value, expected order date, confidence level, etc), logging changes and minutes)
preparing and checking configurations & quotations using the appropriate systems and getting the necessary approvals before submitting customer facing documents externally.
As Modality Specialist You are responsible for:
Being the modality/product expert, who supports (Key) Account Managers and Channel Partner in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the modality.
Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality strategy, according to established guidelines
Based on the customer needs, working together with AMs, the Modality Specialist educates and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
Supports (K)AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality.
Supports (K)AM and Channel Partner in identification of the tender strategy and quotation. Checks tender documents, develops (for private KA's)/validates (for indirect deals) configurations of our offering, ensures adherence to Commercial Policy, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
Supports the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.
Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
Monitor competition and changes in the industry, and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in medical imaging or a medical related field or IT
Over 5 years related experience in the Health Informatics and channel management is preferred. (knowledge of PACS, Cardiology Informatics, Advanced Visualization Portfolio).
Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant marketing and sales techniques.
Knowledge of logistics and process management.
Basic understanding of finance
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, verbally and in writing.
Independent negotiations with channel partners, within given guidelines and objectives
Ability to give presentations on end-user level.
