MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Technical Support Representative (Billing)!
General Description: The Technical Support Representative is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving billing service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift, Office based
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Work directly with client remotely through chat or call to provide first call resolutions on the software issues they encountered
Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests/issues
Requirements:
College graduate preferably IT-related or Accounting-related course
Experience related to Medical Claims/Health Insurance Processing is a huge plus
Basic knowledge on hardware and software troubleshooting
Knowledge on Windows OS and servers
Knowledge on server remote environment and setups
Applicant must be good at math since the position will be focused on billing
Good communication skills and flexibility on shift schedule
Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 18,000 - 25,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
