Purpose of the Job:
The Medical Omnichannel Manager is responsible to ensure the generation of unique experience and impact to our stakeholders, leveraging industrialized approaches that enable personalized engagement and Omnichannel orchestration
The Medical Omnichannel Manager will provide the necessary support to the Medical team for the implementation of the digital medical plan. He/She will provide the necessary operational assistance for the implementation and execution of the roadmap of digital projects.
Main responsibilities:
Ensures that the Medical Omnichannel strategy is aligned with the Global Omnichannel strategy & initiatives
Plans, develops & facilitates the optimal implementation of the Integrated Medical Omnichannel plan, including content formats, channels, feedback loops, analytics, etc.
Ensures continuous improvements and innovative approaches for the Medical Omnichannel orchestration, based on Stakeholders' feedback and satisfaction measurements
Provides input to ensure success and sustainability of Omnichannel strategy and execution in a comprehensive transversal Global approach
Ensures the development and maintenance of the specific expertise and aligns with the corporate digital priorities, objectives and initiatives
Keeps up to date on internal and external best in class Omnichannel initiatives and increases the Medical organization awareness on the topic
Priorities:
Co-builds stakeholder engagement plans and ensures that the digital strategy is aligned with the brand strategy & initiatives developed by Medical at the local & Global level.
Provides oversight for implementation of medical digital strategies and programs
Leads local e-content generation and ensure global e-content use of unbranded medical content to position Sanofi as a trustworthy, simple and fresh source of information
Disseminates medical content using various digital channels: Active support for digital channels to engage with HCPs ensuring appropriate customer journeys and segmentation assuring that these engagement activities are delivering added value.
Establish Sanofi as key digital partner for digital opinion leaders (DOL) and key opinion leaders (KOL) (through DOL mapping and engagement and KOL persona mapping) and Medical Societies
Lead the implementation of digital initiatives for patient education including the Step Up for Diabetes Facebook page with SweetChat live lay webinars, among others
Oversee effective implementation of the Medical Support Line
Set clear KPI's & milestones for each digital project assuring that Medical impact is delivered (automated surveys design, knowledge improvement/impact, reach, clickthrough rate, open rate).
Apply predictive analytics (including but not limited to customer relationship management data, MI and predictive MSL excellence analytics, medical events attendance, KOL behaviors) and generate local medical dashboards for these.
Report key performance indicators and analytics regularly to Medical Head and General manager
Gather insights from digital platform users in order to shape the digital strategy and content
Digital Compliance: Ensure 100% of compliance with Sanofi policies and local regulations
Drive best practices digital sharing across therapeutics areas, business units and countries.
About you
Experience:
Relevant years of demonstrated high-level professional knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry; medical affairs experienced highly desired
Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, with a robust understanding of laws, regulations, and industry codes
Soft skills:
Good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of digital stakeholder needs (DOLs, marketing)
Digital channel understanding with basic/advance digital literacy
An evidence-generation process that is continuously refreshed and agnostic to data type as long as it gets to the right insights
A competitive intelligence capability that scans externally generated data, which then feeds into medical strategies
Project management skills.
Technical skills: Knowledgeable in MS applications
Education: PhD, Registered Pharmacist or Medical Degree
Languages: English and Filipino
