Job Description:
 
We are looking for a licensed Medical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
 
Qualifications:
Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC registered)
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a medical laboratory
Knowledgeable in Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microscopy, Serology, and Blood Banking
Familiar with laboratory equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work shifting schedules (if required)
Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper sample handling and documentation.
Maintain quality control and laboratory standards.
Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
Prepare and release laboratory results on time
