Description:The Medical Call Center Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming calls from hospitals, clinics, and partner organizations, accurately gathering patient or donor information, and routing calls to the appropriate team members. Nurses, EMTs, or other medical-certified professionals preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in hospitals or clinical environments.
Familiarity with patient charts, medical terminology, and call triage.
Communication Skills
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Professional, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive calls.
Technical Skills
Comfortable using Zoom, Teams, CRM systems (Salesforce optional), and Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Azure).
Able to learn custom EMR systems.
