Manage, centralize and localize, and ensure data quality and data synchronization across systems.
Ensure that the existing core processes in ERP and associated systems are always fully functional, therefore contributing to business productivity and improving the quality of the core processes' output.
Ensure master data of applications are updated
1. Master Data Management & Data Control
Structure & release data convention for all of market master data
Ensure master data quality and be a control gate for master data maintenance across system
Define process for master data preparation, validation and maintenance
Accomplish data cleansing & migration
2. ERP Services Desk
Manage ERP ticket on Service Desk and coordinate with relevant team to deliver IT service within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Closely work with support teams and business user to support ERP daily operation relating to report/enhancement.
Cooperate with other functions to implementing IT projects to deliver expected value following project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing until launching and change management.
Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver high-quality IT services and within SLA.
Resolve Incidents manage problems relating report/enhancement in compliance with IT Information Library / Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT).
Ensure the compliance with IT policy and effective execution of IT Governance.
Perform UAT for small CRs/hotfixes on BAU phase, sanity check for every release on production
