MARKETING MANAGER
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience at least 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all platforms with consistent messaging and visuals.
Manage the creation of marketing materials, content assets, and multi-channel campaigns.
Oversee digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and optimize strategies.
Lead content planning for blogs, newsletters, videos, social posts, and promotional materials.
Gather customer insights and recommend strategies for product positioning and pricing.
Manage, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team and cross-department collaborations.
Collaborate with media partners and agencies; brainstorm and execute new campaign ideas.
Monitor active campaigns to ensure timely completion, quality, and effectiveness.
Lead weekly or monthly marketing meetings.
Prepare and complete monthly marketing reports.
Support sales efforts by promoting and selling virtual assistant services.
Update the CEO and executives on marketing progress and campaign results.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.
