MARKETING ASSOCIATE (CONCIERGE)
 
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
At least one (1) year of experience in marketing, concierge, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling guest inquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
Represent and support the company in marketing events, promotions, and mall-related activities.
Provide assistance in all marketing events and activities.
Perform administrative tasks, prepare reports, and effectively adapt to new tools and systems to support team operations and efficiency.
