Answer client inquiries and concerns online and offline.
Coordinate with IT team for systems concerns.
Send email for units that are subject for maintenance
Follow up clients & Truckers for installation and onsite check up schedule.
Update Technicians Schedule in google sheet.
Morning and afternoon meeting with technician team.
Dispatch Technicians for installation and maintenance schedule of clients.
Tag the installation details on our system
Making sure that devices installed are all working before the technician leaves.
Provide user access and training to clients.
Update installation record every time there's a schedule.
Assist technicians in requesting budget allowance for their schedules
Keep inventory records updated.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Associate/Assistant specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Knowledgeable of marketing digital tools and techniques.
Excellent in spoken, written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
Must have the ability to work under pressure.
