The Brand Management Associate reports directly to a Brand Management Lead and will provide assistance in the executiion of strategies and delivery of demand initiatives of Non-Corp Sales of Lalamove or our regular clients. The KPI of the hired candidate will directly ensure that the the number of active users and the company's transacation value targets are met on a monthly or full year perspective.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead in the managing and implementation of 360 channel campaigns specifically for North and Central Luzon markets encompassing offline and online channels with the aim of improving metrics such as First Time Users, Active Old Users, Transaction Value and City Growth Targets, all within the given budget.
Analyze and utilize existing data from various tools and platforms on hand to make informed decisions.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
1-2 years hands on experience in Brand Management or Marketing Communications roles handling North and Central Luzon target market/s
Prior Experience in Tech or start-up companies is advantageous, but open to experience in traditional industries as well such as FMCG.
Must wil be willing to work in Makati on a hybrid work arrangement
Must be willing to travel to designation North and Central Luzon provinces for maket intel campaigns
