JOB SUMMARY:
 
Manages Core Team and Projects under development from Prototype to Pilot Build
 
A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion of the schedule preparation, monitoring, and overall management of the cross-functional team.
Ensure compliance to applicable standards, QA/QC policies, and specifications.
Monitor project execution and ensure it is within the timeline.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with NPI manager and other project participants to provide help and technical support.
Participate in corrective action requests, root cause analysis, problem-solving teams as related to issues affecting the project.
Manage project needs during the development stage and monitor overall status. Provides timely updates to management.
Manage the deliverables and schedules of a project under development. This involves constant meeting and collaboration to internal design team (EE/ME/FW/Component) and cross functional team like supply chain, operations, quality and test and validation should need their involvement.
Coordinate with Operations team and CFT for the FAI audit and handshake for mass production.

Educational Background:
Engineering graduate
Experience:
At least 6 years related experience
