Position: Mandarin Web Service Manager

Salary: P100,000 Above
Schedule: Dayshift but amenable to shifting schedule

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
At least 3-5 years working experience in a client service role or related role
Knowledge in HTML
Experience with web-based CMS tools
General understanding of the Investor Relations and corporate services space;
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.
Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.
Works closely with Product Specialists and Sales Executives to provide web hosting product support for assigned clients;
Troubleshoots and facilitates the resolution of technical and data issues and/or inquiries;
