We are looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist to facilitate and implement our training programs across Community Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring we're able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter.In this role you will support our CS community to become more proficient in their role and perform at their best.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

Effectively and Efficiently facilitate New Hire Training, Cross Training and Upskilling for Product, Process and Soft Skills and Continuous Learning for existing employees
Work with channel Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
Facilitate, Drive, Track and Report Completion of Uber Compliance and Regulatory Training and Product & Process Updates
Analyse learning objectives and compile learning solutions - e.g Slide Decks
Usage of templates and pre designed assets
Analyze, design and build learning experiences modified for region, aligned to objectives and rooted in Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design
Work with SMEs and cross-functional partners to identify learning needs
