If you're skilled in content creation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration - and you're passionate about making learning engaging and results-driven - this role is a strong next step in your L&D career.What You'll Be DoingAs an L&D Specialist, you'll act as the bridge between client requirements, operational expectations, and learner experience. You'll work closely with the L&D Lead, Training teams, QA, and Operations to design and deliver learning sessions, maintain knowledge bases, and continuously improve training outcomes through data and feedback.Your Core Responsibilities
Training Needs Assessment & Client Alignment
Join client onboarding or calibration sessions to capture tone, workflows, and process expectations.
Collaborate with QA and Operations to identify performance gaps and recommend learning interventions.
Translate client updates, policy changes, and trending QA errors into targeted training plans.
Cross-Functional Training Delivery (As Required)
Facilitate new hire onboarding modules for assigned campaigns, ensuring brand tone and process mastery.
Conduct refresher, upskilling, or performance-based training sessions based on QA trends and client requests.
Adjust facilitation approach based on learner profiles (voice accounts, chat teams, or hybrid support).
Content Development & Enablement
Create and update learning materials such as video SOPs, training decks, LMS modules, and job aids.
Convert raw client SOPs and operational updates into clear, learner-friendly formats.
Maintain version control and ensure content is accessible via Guru, LMS, or shared knowledge systems.
Client Partnership & Progress Visibility
Support clients during training-related check-ins by presenting learning progress or course readiness.
Capture feedback from client stakeholders and ensure revisions are promptly reflected in both content and delivery.
Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Track completion rates, assessment scores, and post-training QA performance to measure impact.
Conduct learning impact analysis (e.g., QA improvement pre- vs post-training).
Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to enhance future sessions.
Knowledge Base Governance
Ensure training knowledge bases, SOPs, and macros remain updated and aligned with current client workflows.
Support documentation review cycles for accuracy, tone consistency, and accessibility.
Assist in maintaining audit readiness for both client and internal compliance reviews.
Remote Learning Culture & Engagement
Promote continuous learning through microlearning, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training reinforcement tactics.
Support WFH compliance refreshers and remote etiquette learning programs to sustain a high-performance learning culture.
What You'll Bring to the Table
2-4 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, or L&D (BPO or e-commerce preferred).
Experience facilitating training sessions for new hires and tenured teams across virtual or hybrid environments.
Strong content creation skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Loom, Articulate, or LMS platforms.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (QA, Ops, Client Success) to align learning with performance objectives.
Excellent communication, documentation, and learner engagement skills.
Flexibility to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and client expectations.
