FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Qualifications:
College Bachelor's degree graduate or any equivalent experience
Credible experience in sales, minimum of 3 - 4 years including demonstrative and consultative value-based sales.
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential franchisees.
With Franchise sales experience
Exceptional negotiation skills
Monitor the operational performance of franchise locations to ensure adherence to company standards.
Manages the execution of lead generation and qualification activities, including responses to potential client inquiries.
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, pre-approved candidates throughout the year.
Self-motivated competitor with a demonstrated ability to work independently
