Job Description
What You Will Do
You will support the Learning and Development Team in the creation of new training content (for online and live sessions) and knowledge base content for all International markets including refreshers, onboarding and ad-hoc topics
You will review and update existing training material and knowledge base content to constantly to ensure that the latest content is delivered in training sessions
You will help achieve learning KPIs/OKRs through supporting learning strategy and ad-hoc projects that improve the performance of our contact centers
When needed, you will deliver training sessions for HelloFresh and HelloFresh subsidiaries including refresher training and onboarding
You will do administration duties on our learning and content platforms (namely Bridge and Shelf) including but not limited to, user management, upkeeping content and supporting local markets on troubleshooting
You will be responsible for the documentation of learning results, supporting the identification of trends and impact of learning on performance
You will conduct learning needs analysis/skills gap analysis when training is requested You will take on and own ad-hoc independent projects related to training and/or knowledge management.
What You Will Bring
You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Specialist or a similar role, with a
high level of product and system knowledge.
You have a passion for learning and the development of people
You have great communication skills and confidence to communicate with a variety of stakeholders across multiple markets (EMEA regions)
You have experience and knowledge of instructional design principles (ID Methodologies such as ADDIE & Kirkpatrick), training methodologies, and adult learning theories. You have knowledge of basic contact center KPIs.
You have the ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment. You are self-motivated and have a desire to produce a high quality of work. You have good presentation/speaking skills.
You are creative and able to design engaging training content.
You have experience in delivering training (Preferred)
You have the desire to improve both the customer and agent experience.
