Job Description
The Lead Management Representative ensures that the leads in the system via different sources are attended to. Once the leads have been added to Salesforce, the Representative should contact them and communicate through different means available (eg: email, call, text) for qualification purposes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of any course
Minimum 3 months of work experience related to Call Center Operations, Shared Services, or Manufacturing is a plus.
Customer service focused personality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer software and data processing skills
