You will be one of our first employees on the ground in a strategically-important market. At this moment, we are looking for someone who is willing to dive head first into making our future projects a success and reference-able account to support the expansion of our business in the Philippines.
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist, responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating sales leads from Medium to Large Enterprise to support the business. The candidate is highly motivated, self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound sales leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to engage with decision makers is essential.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Swat Mobility's solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Conduct research to identify potential prospects and follow up on leads.
Support sales to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Work with the Country Business Head-Philippines to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
Assist in writing reports and analyzing data
Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards

Minimum competencies
Good English written and oral communication skills.
Able to build strong prospects
Loves autonomy and independence - able to function in a new office with a small number of employees and self-driven to adapt to the changes of a start-up environment
Loves challenges
Team player - able to pick up the slack to ensure the smooth running of operations
Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new monitoring tools quickly
Ability to prioritize, responsible and VERY hands on. This is relevant both on the operation side and on the customer-facing aspects.
Minimum qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field
2-5 years of work experience in lead generation
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work in regular day shift and open to working from home or working at any KMC sites
