JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
● Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any course
● Proficient in Korean language, Preferably Filipino or Korean national with permanent visa
● Must have an experience in shipping, domestic and export traffic terms, documentation and procedures.
● Must have knowledge using a SAP or Systems Applications and Products
● Knowledgeable to understand inquiries and regulatory guidelines for export customers.
● Must be able to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing
Responsibilities:
● Accept and process orders from customers
● Arrange international shipments of company products
● Manage end to end customer order fulfillment process
● Resolve issues with customers regarding pricing, inventory availability, terms, delivery, etc.
● Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status
● Complete all SAP transactions and Order status
