JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A German Pharmaceutical company with Global Shared Service Center support in the Philippines supporting different countries. They produce high quality products in agriculture and healthcare.
Qualifications:
Korean National present in the Philippines
Preferably graduates of Law, Compliance or related courses
2 to 3 years of experience in auditing or legal and/or compliance/data privacy
Worked from an international law firm or a multinational company is a plus
Knowledge on data privacy, anti-corruption, anti-trust or laws is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player and self-aspirating to drive the goal
Job Duties:
Knowledge in legal, compliance and /or data privacy matters
Learn and understand company policies and procedures to be able to give legal advice to the users
Evaluation of requests of users regarding Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption, •Anti-Trust and provide support based on company's policies and procedures
Collaborate with global team regarding transfer of processes Legal, Patent and Compliance departments to global hub
