Responsibilities:
Responsible to process product orders from customers
Responsible to monitor and address inquiries or product concerns
Answer calls and emails in a proper manner
Monitoring the purchased orders if delivered on time
Issue invoice to customers
Responsible to maintain accurate records of their orders until shipment
