Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective service.
Qualifications
Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City, with shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
