We are currently hiring full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) to support a growing property management operation handling multiple residential buildings.
 
This role involves inbound customer support and outbound tenant follow-ups. You will serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, managing inquiries and conducting outbound calls related to lease renewals, outstanding balances, and general account matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 50 calls per day)
Make outbound calls regarding renewals, balances, and other tenant-related concerns
Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently
Route issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain clear and accurate communication at all times
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (strong verbal communication skills required)
Confident and comfortable handling high call volumes
Patient, polite, and professional phone presence
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in inbound and/or outbound calling is a plus (training provided)
