About the Role
At Filta we are hiring talent scouts to help us connect companies with the right Filipino developers, graphic designers, digital marketers and administration talent they need.
Here are some things you'll learn along the way:
Searching for candidates across several channels
Networking with candidates via the phone, online events, social media & email ++
Creating your own personal brand and market opportunities on all social channels
Market mapping so you can quickly become a specialist in your field
Gaining a thorough understanding of a candidate's needs in order to present them with the right job opportunities
As you become more experienced, you'll obviously gain confidence. But at a base level, we find people with the below skills to pick things up fairly well;
You are on every social media platform and love it! You know every trend & you are highly interactive on platforms including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Redditt etc
Have a desire and/or proven record to exceed performance goals
Love chatting to people and socialising online
You have an infectious & high energy personality
You can brush things off when things don't go your way
