General Responsibilities:The Resource Manager is responsible for optimizing workforce deployment and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role is also responsible for the seamless coordination of resource allocation, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations within assigned accounts. The Resource Manager acts as a key liaison between employees, clients, and internal HR and business development teams, fostering strong relationships and driving operational efficiency.Duties and Responsibilities:Resource Deployment & Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, specifically the account orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Facilitate, review, and approve employee movement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor the performance management process for the resources under the assigned accounts, including performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
Facilitate and monitor performance management for staffing resources, if applicable.
Process and manage exit management procedures, including HRMS submissions and exit interviews.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on employee man-hours, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
Review, monitor, and approve employee timesheets (if applicable).
Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRMS to manage employee data.
Conduct HRMS training sessions as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyze reports on resource utilization, onboarding metrics, and employee performance.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on key HR metrics and initiatives.
Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
Job Specifications:Education - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalentRelated Experience:
Proven experience as a Resource Manager, Staffing Coordinator, or similar HR role.
Experience in planning and executing HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Familiarity with HRMS and other HR tools.
Strong understanding of Labor Law
Understanding of compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
