We are looking for a pro-active and people-oriented Human Resource Associate to support key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. The HR Associate will assist in coordinating HR programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies while providing day-to-day support to employees and managers.
The HR Associate's responsibilities include:
Assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring documentation,
Assisting in the organizing of engagement activities and events, coordinating recognition initiatives, and supporting feedback collection and engagement surveys,
Assisting in coordinating training logistics, maintaining training records, and supporting onboarding sessions,
Assisting in basic HR transactions, maintaining employee records and files, and supporting in the monitoring of statutory documents and internal HR reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Work Experience: None to 1 year experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
