We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
Develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
Establish and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or career guidance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
Prepare reports on HR activities, workforce trends, and compliance audits.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health programs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing, seafood processing, or related industries.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and labor law compliances.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, ATS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
